Shipping Updates 05.25.2020

We are trying our best to work with our third-party providers while maintaining safe precautions to COVID-19. Our partners are ethically taking measures to protect the safety of their staff and facilities. Before COVID-19, we would have shipments arrive timely between 5-10 business days depending on the order type and size. However, we are in unprecedented times and our delays are due to the impact of the pandemic. Although we are starting to speed up our shipping from our third-party suppliers, know your items not only take time to print, dry, and ship out but we are unable to guarantee arrival times at this time. 

We are experiencing some delays. We appreciate your patience and support.

The fulfillment estimate is the time your printed item leaves our third-party’s facility, and does not include arrival time.

Example: (fulfillment time + shipping time= estimated arrival) a mug order may take 13 to 17 days to arrive to you.

Moreover, please note that if one or more items arrive with one or more items missing-- do not worry. We will send you all items in your order, but they may be arriving separately as some may finish printing before others. We usually send a note with your package letting you know what items arrived and what number of items arrived.

Regular delivery time: 5-7 business days after fulfillment.

For express delivery, time it is 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

Our return policy stays the same. We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, in the very rare occasion an item is misprinted or damaged- we will need proof and receipt of purchase within 7 business days of delivery. Email 

If you would like to cancel your order after placing it because an item will not arrive to you in the time desired, you may do so 5 days after placing an order only on printed apparel (shirts, hoodies, bags,  and pillow cases) only. Once these orders are past the 5 day grace period, we can no longer offer a refund because they are placed on an order queue with out third-party provider, they begin to print, wait for the item to dry after several days, and ship these out. 

All other items can only be cancelled within 12 hours after placing an order and a refund will be issued. After 12 hours, we cannot cancel an order as all other items are fulfilled quickly. 

These policies are subject to change with or without notice as we are adapting to changes with our third-party providers during the pandemic.
